Precautions for pump use

1、Working selection: 1. When selecting the pump, its rated pressure should be appropriately higher than the working pressure to ensure the service life of the pump and the normal operation of the system. 2. The operating speed shall conform to the specified value of the pump.

2、connect： 1. The connection between the vane pump drive shaft and the output of the prime mover should preferably use an elastic coupling, with different shaft degrees not greater than 0.05mm, and the deflection of the two axes not greater than 5 °. Direct belt pulley driving is not allowed. 2. When installing the vane pump, be sure to confirm the rotation direction of the pump

3、Tubing：The oil inlet and outlet pipes must match the pump. The suction range shall not be greater than 50cm.

4、start-up：During initial use or operation after long-term storage, the pump shall be filled with clean working oil before starting, otherwise it is not allowed to start. After inching start, it shall first run for half an hour without load. If there is no adverse phenomenon, it shall be gradually adjusted to the required pressure. If the pump is found to have abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise during operation, it shall be stopped immediately for inspection. When stopping, it shall be unloaded first and then stopped.

Precision filter shall be set in the system, with recommended precision of 15-25 μ m。 3.Suitable hydraulic oil shall be selected according to the service conditions, and 32 # - 68 # ordinary hydraulic oil is recommended. Do not use deteriorated oil. Please note that the water mixed in the oil will corrode the metal and make the oil emulsified and deteriorated; the air mixed in the oil will produce cavitation, causing noise and crawling. 4.The cooler can be used according to the actual working conditions. If necessary, the heating device can be used. The oil temperature is generally controlled within 50 ℃, and the appropriate oil temperature is controlled within 40-50 ℃.

6、tank：The oil tank shall be designed with reasonable volume to ensure that the pump can work under normal oil temperature. A partition shall be set in the tank to eliminate air bubbles caused by oil return. The oil tank shall be properly sealed to prevent impurities or dust from polluting the oil medium.
